• Shipping Information

We deliver to France and Europe. Shipments are made via FedEx Express.

Processing Time: Order preparation takes 2-3 business days (depending on additional personalization options, engraving, and changes made to the order).

Delivery time: Delivery time is approximately 1-2 working days.

The total time (preparation + delivery) is 4 to 5 working days.

 

• Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart and on the order page.

• Shipment tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You will be able to follow the status of your delivery online at any time.

• Transport damage

If the goods are delivered with visible transport damage, please report these defects as soon as possible to the carrier and contact us immediately.

• Returns and exchanges

You have the right to return and exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service by email or (more quickly) via WhatsApp to receive a return label.
